Due to current circumstances surrounding the novel coronavirus, the City of New Braunfels has cancelled its next Bulky Goods Drop-Off (BGD) that was previously rescheduled for Saturday, April 4.
As circumstances in the future permit, the next event will be held on Saturday, June 27.
In the meantime, the City Recycle Center is currently open regular hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Center accepts scrap metal, completely white plastic foam #6, single-stream recyclables, and cardboard for drop-off. To minimize face-to-face contact, the City requests that visitors to the Center remain in their vehicle while at the Center. More information on the Center is at www.nbtexas.org/recyclecenter.
Curbside garbage, recycling, and Green Waste collection services are currently occurring as normal.
