The water station is for area residents without water due to household plumbing issues caused by last week’s winter weather events. Those in need of water can go to the New Braunfels Civic Center at 375 S. Castell Avenue, in New Braunfels and proceed to the loading dock. 

Residents can bring their containers, sizes up to a five-gallon bucket, to the water station for filling. Bottled water will also be available to these area residents. 

The water station will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The water station is also offering water that has gone through a purification process.  Simply bring your container to the Civic Center and request the purified water.
