NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CREATION OF TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER TWO - The City Council of the City of New Braunfels will hold a public hearing and the first reading of an ordinance at its meeting on November 25, 2019, which begins at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 550 Landa Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130, for creation of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two. The zone is located in and around the area traditionally known as “Milltown” and includes some or all properties adjacent to McKenna Avenue, Oasis Street, Wright Avenue, Porter Street and Rusk Avenue, including the Faust Street Bridge and Beaty Street. All residents and property owners within the proposed zone and all other persons are hereby invited to appear in person to speak for or against the creation of the zone, its boundaries, the benefits to the city and property in the proposed zone, or the concept of tax increment financing in general.
