  1. CDBG Stakeholders Meeting

    The City invites all persons interested in providing input to the City’s 2017-2018 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program to attend a Stakeholders Meeting on Wednesday, April 19th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Tejas Room at City Hall, 550 Landa Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide input on priorities regarding the use of CDBG funding in the next program year. CDBG funds are utilized to benefit a low to moderate income person or a low to moderate income area. Any comments received at the stakeholders meeting, or other public hearings, and any written comments submitted will be provided to the City Council and included in the submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.     This course is required for an Officer to obtain their Intermediate Peace Officer Proficiency License. (4) hours of TCOLE training hours will be reported upon successful completion of the class. The class is provided free of charge. This class is available to all Agencies.
