Councilmember Shane Hines, New Braunfels City Council District 1 representative, will host a citizen forum on Thursday, December 19th, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the Westside Community Center. The center is located at 2932 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd. in New Braunfels. The forum will include a presentation by City Capital Programs Manager Jennifer Cain and staff on an overview of the 2013 and 2019 Bond projects recently completed, currently in-progress and planned capital improvement projects in the district and city-wide. Councilmember Hines and staff will then be available for a general question and answer session and residents are encouraged to attend and participate.
