New Braunfels City Council District 5 Councilmember/Mayor Pro Tem Wayne Peters will host a citizen forum on Monday, April 1st, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., in the Tejas Room at New Braunfels City Hall. City Hall is located at 550 Landa Street. Residents are encouraged to attend the forum that includes a presentation by City Manager Robert Camareno on the 2019 Bond Program propositions that will appear on the May 4th ballot. Four propositions will appear on that ballot: Transportation Infrastructure (streets, etc.), Parks & Recreation, Public Safety Facilities and Library Facilities. Mayor Pro Tem Peters noted, “The last day to submit an application to register to vote in this election is Thursday, April 4th so this is a timely opportunity to learn about the projects on the upcoming ballot and make plans to vote in this important election.”
