As residents in New Braunfels continue to recover from recent winter storms, the City of New Braunfels will continue to offer free water to residents who may still be without regular water service.
Beginning Saturday Feb. 27th, the water distribution station that had been located at the New Braunfels Civic Center will be relocated to the city’s various Fire Stations. Residents can visit their local fire station to request water, either in the form of a case of water (one case per household), or they can bring their own containers (no larger than 5-gallons) to be filled.
To request water, simply visit any of the city’s Fire Stations between the hours of 8am to 5pm and either knock on the door or ring the front doorbell. Here are the locations of those Fire Stations:
Fire Station 1 (Central Fire Station) - 169 S. Hill St.
Fire Station 2 - 4120 Loop 337
Fire Station 3 (temporary location) - 333 East Klingemann St.
Fire Station 4 – 2210 Alyssa Way
Fire Station 5 – 1250 West County Line Rd.
Fire Station 6 – 209 Stone Gate
